What kind of weightlifting should I do to have the entire breast?
My upper body is too thin compared with the whole body. I have s-line body woman.
Just start off with basic exercises that bench press, Dumbbell Bars Press, Pushups. You should alternate between flat bench incline and decline. If you try to extend your body, you should also be concentrating much on your shoulders. By increasing the size of your traps you will have the appearance of being much larger. Although you may want to concentrate on these two muscle groups, it is always important to work out every muscle. The downside is another very important group, and you can not forget the biceps and triceps.
