My Pro-Form treadmill has no power.?
I recently bought a used Pro-Form crosswalk SI treadmill from my cousin. I tried in addition to her house and it worked fine. I took it home, set it up and went to start it, and .... nothing. No power at all. It is connected to a grounded outlet and switch has not been triggered. I do not know what else to do. The Model # is PFTL20461. It is almost brand new (less than 5 years old) and it has been used probably a dozen times or less. I'd like some help with this. Thank you!
The power and all connections run up through one of the handles To connect to the panel. Using a hex wrench (do not know the size) to remove the panel from the handles. Make sure during the move that one of the compounds, not came loose or disconnect. Sears sells Pro-Form. You may need service. I do not know if the warranty is transferable so you may need to contact your cousin.
