What should I do about my acne cuz nothing seems to work for me?
Okay, so I'm 15 and a full-time gymnast and I am constantly sweating in practice, and it does not help to get the chalk flying around and landing in a foam pit. I try not to touch my face, but if I must, I use my sleeve to my shirt instead of my hands. I wash my face every morning and evening. I used aloe vera for a while and salt soaks, but nothing seems to work. I drink lots of water and eat healthily. I have also tried Proactiv, acne free, Clearasil Ultra System and Neutrogena's Pink grapfruit wash. Most of these products dry my face out and end up not clean up my skin anyway. Any advice? I went to my dermatologist last summer, and he gave me some antibiotic liquid to put on and it makes bury them and turn all red. so they dont really go away its funny that someone said benzaclin because my brother has it, and I use it almost every day depending on the other Products
Avoid washing as these bands away natural oils that actually get the skin to produce more oil which clogs pores, rather than try cleansing the Oil Cleansing Method (OCM), which maintains the natural oils keep skin healthy, so preventing acne.
