Leg Shin

Is the tibial nerve in the tibia area of a person legs? Or the same position as the tibial bone.?

I would feel dull aching for months quite deeply in the tibia area. Is the tibial nerve? What kind of damage to the area will have a run?

The tibial nerve runs down the back of bone in the foot. Sensory innervation is the back of the calf at the bottom of the foot. Motor innervation includes hamstrings, the muscles generating the anterior part of the foot up and foot invertors. More than likely you suffer from shin pain. Do these exercises and it will go away. Full squat down, but keep your heels and foot in total contact with the floor. You may need support in the beginning, until the muscles become strong enough to support the body. Stay in this position for thirty seconds. From a long sitting position with knees stiff and muscles in the front of the feet dragging your feet up against his knees. You will know that it seems that there will be a magnet for calves. Keep pulling in ten seconds and relax. Do this movement ten times just before you get out of bed in the morning and just before they go to sleep. You should practice that movement during the day. When you have mastered the evolution of the long sitting position, it can be done standing or sitting. The more that is done the sooner this problem becomes clear.
