What should I do if I have a LAUNCHcast Plus subscriber? Yahoo will refund a pro rated amount in February?
I've LAUNCHcast plus on my yahoo. I hear that LAUNCHcast Plus is being phased out. I have already paid for a years worth of service for two days ago. I will be refunded on a pro rate for the remaining time I have left? if yes, how do I get money back?
I received an email from Yahoo about this. I am also a part of it for you. If you still want some sort of personal radio, I suggest, Pandora. I dislike it quite as much as LAUNCH cast, but no commercials and you can vote on the thumb up or thumbs down. Here is the email component: As a subscriber to LAUNCHcast Plus, you will continue to have access to your premium subscription functions until 12 February 2009. If there is no time left on your subscription account after 12th February, you will automatically receive a pro rata refund of any remaining subscription time. To ensure proper delivery of a proportional refund, we strongly encourage you to view your account information and make sure everything is accurate and up-to-date.
